Sightseeing & Transfers:

1. Professional camera tickets for photography at sightseeing locations are not included in the cost of the package.

Unforeseen Expenses:

1. Any costs arising due to natural calamities, such as road blockages, political disturbances (e.g., strikes), or any other unforeseen events. These costs will need to be borne directly by the client on the spot.

When you book a trip with Platinum Tours and Travels, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These ensure clarity and a smooth travel experience for all parties involved:

🏨 Hotel & Accommodation

1. Check-In/Check-Out: Standard check-in at 12:00 PM; check-out by 08:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel discretion.
2. Room Occupancy: Max 3 adults per room. The third guest will be provided a mattress or rollaway bed.
3. Room Availability: Rooms are subject to availability at check-in.
4. Alternate Accommodation: If listed hotels are unavailable, similar standard alternatives will be arranged.

🚫 Inclusions & Refunds

5. Unused Services: No refunds for unused package components.
6. AC Usage: Not functional in cool or hilly regions.
7. Additional Charges: Parking and extra guide fees (e.g., Cellular Jail/Natural Bridge) not included.
8. Special Occasions: Mandatory dinner/supplemental charges (e.g., New Year/Christmas) are not included unless mentioned.

9. Connecting Flights: Baggage may need re-checking when changing airlines.
10. Ferry Tickets: Base category tickets booked based on availability. Timing is subject to change.
11. Ferry Seating: Adjoining seats not guaranteed.
12. Ferry Schedule: Managed by private operators & the Andaman Administration.
13. Vehicle Conditions: Older vehicles may be used; shared vehicles may be arranged due to fuel shortages.
14. Restricted Area Permit: Mandatory for foreign nationals on arrival.

❌ Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Platinum Tours and Travels, we believe in maintaining complete transparency and fairness. Our detailed cancellation and refund policy ensures clarity and helps both parties manage unforeseen circumstances responsibly.

📅 Cancellation Refunds

• Cancellations received 60 days or more before travel: ✅ 75% of the package cost will be refunded.
• Cancellations received 30 days or more before travel: ✅ 50% of the package cost will be refunded.
• Cancellations received 20 days or less before travel: ❌ No refund.
• Bookings made for travel between 15 December to 15 January: ❌ Strictly non-refundable.

🚫 Non-Refundable Bookings

• Bookings confirmed under discounted rates are considered non-refundable under any circumstances.

🎟 Unused Activities

• No refunds will be issued for any unused activities or services that are included in the package.

🌍 International Transactions

• Customers using international bank accounts will be responsible for any applicable bank charges during refunds.

⚠️ Liability Exemptions

• Platinum Tours and Travels is not responsible for:
o Hotel or resort cancellations due to flight/ferry delays or cancellations.
o Missed flights or ferries by the guest, which will result in full retention charges.
o Cancellations due to weather or climatic conditions.
